Sleeping in a tuscany villas rental really can make your stay a lot more pleasureable. Italy on a whole is geared towards tourism, but I can especially talk about my experiences in the Toscany area. Hotels are fine when needing to be in the heart of a city, but the Toscana is synonymous to open green fields and direct contact with nature. Therefore, I prefer vacation rentals going anywhere from simply farm holidays to holiday villas, and when the budget has been generous, luxury villas in Tuscany. Let’s have a closer look at some of these Tuscany villas rental.

Sweet Dreams at Tuscany Villas Rental

Only 35 kilometres away from Florence, in the direction going to Arezzo, I stayed at IL Bellini, a charming tuscany farmhouse with a panoramic view of the Arno River in the foothills of near Chianti. It was an easy drive on A1 thanks to the car rental I had, following the signs to Giovanni Valdarno village, then to Castelfranco di Sopra, over a bridge and turn right towards Pulicciano and a poster with the name of IL Bellini takes you to the house. It was here that I ate the most delicious toscany recipe for wide noodles in rabbit sauce.

Holiday Villas to the Sound Waves

On the western coast, situated among three isthmus, you come across the sea towns of Orbetello and Porto Santo Stefano. Eight kilometres southeast of Porto Santo Stefano I found Hotel Torre di Cala Piccola, a quiet resort complex of bungalows near an old Spanish vantage point with bus service taking you to the private beach which belongs to the hotel. This for me was what I could consider a luxury villa ( villa in the dictionary is defined as country house ), away from the busy noisy cities. Being as I had a car rental, very much recommended, I followed the indications which showed Via Panoramica which led to a circular route which opened our eyes to spectacular views of the coast and Giglio island. As if this was not enough, I took another route about 6 km. from Porto Santo Stefano and visited the Convent dei Frati Passionisti with beautiful sights land inward. Being as I was on this isthmus, I took a relaxing stroll on one of the pretty beaches. And through the company called Toremar and for only 7 euros, I went to Giglio Island, the second largest island in Toscany. It was a fantastic way to wind up my stay using Tuscany villas rental.
